A witchcraft/martial arts movie featuring a Chinese geek (actor Au Lap-Bo) who eats live lizards, snakes, mice and toads onscreen; animal cruelty seems to be the film’s raison d’être. In a remote area of northern China, four evil princesses hold sway with mystic rites and ancient superstitions, casting terrible spells on any man who tries to resist their sexual charms. Death comes in the most gruesome and gory forms imaginable. A forebear of the equally repulsive Wu Gong Zhou (“Centipede Curse”).
